Safe Surrender Contract for Pomeranian To Southern California Pomeranian Rescue
It is understood that once a pomeranian is surrendered to Southern California Pomeranian Rescue, the owner relinquishes all rights to said pomeranian. The pomeranian will be given adequate health care for any pre-existing health conditions as well as for any health problems that arise. Prior to placement the pomeranian must be spayed/neutered and have a microchip placed. All pomeranians taken in by Southern California Pomeranian Rescue will be placed with foster parents for the duration of their re-homing process. The owner surrendering the said pomeranian will not be allowed to re-adopt the pomeranian and may be denied future applications at the discretion of the rescue. The owner surrendering the said pomeranian MUST disclose all pre-existing health conditions and provide the rescue with any microchip or tattoo identification numbers, health records, rabies certificates, & kennel club registrations.
